Good to know
How long do I commit ?
Your elevity Membership is a 12-month commitment—giving your body the consistency it needs to create lasting results.
Can I upgrade my Membership?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your Membership anytime. Just chat with our team, and we'll help you find the best fit for your goals.
Can I pause my Membership?
Life happens. If you're on a Residence Membership, you can pause your membership twice a year for up to two weeks each time. (Essential Memberships can't be paused at the moment.)
Does my Membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your Membership renews automatically unless it's cancelled before the notice period.
How do I cancel my Membership?
We're always sad to see you go. If you decide to leave, simply send us a quick email. Your membership will end after one month's notice. We'd also love to hear your feedback—it helps us get better.
Can I transfer my Membership?
Memberships are personal and can't be transferred to someone else.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fees. We'd rather welcome you with a great coffee, a personal wellness assessment, and a conversation about your goals.
What's a Bring-a-Buddy Pass?
Wellness is better together. Once a month, you can bring a friend or family member to experience elevity with you. Plus, they'll receive 15% off services at the exclusive member rate.
